Rosalia
Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish meaning "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is an Spanish singer and songwriter from Spain. She is a Flamenco and Pop artist. Since her teenage years she has been involved in popular music as well as flamenco. Also, she has explored various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Her voice has been said by no less an artist than the flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet but with a bite like those of the past. El Mal Querer, her follow-up album to Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical as well as a commercial hit. It was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and won a Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami the third album by her was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry and James Blake. The release came on March 20, 2022 after an appearance of the track Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing on her own in the show. Motomami, Rosalia's album that was awarded the three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to win the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
